Job Description

Position Title : Executive - Admin & HR Support

Department : Human Resources

Reports To : Senior Manager - HR

Location : Mumbai, Andheri East

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role :

We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin & HR Executive to manage front office operations, general administration, and provide support in recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be approachable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day office coordination smoothly.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Administration & Front Office :

  • Manage reception duties - Greeting visitors, handling calls, and maintaining visitor records.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
  • Manage stationery, courier, and office supplies inventory.
  • Assist in travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and event coordination.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office and overall upkeep of the workplace.

Recruitment & HR Support :

  • Assist HR in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal panels.
  • Maintain candidate databases and interview trackers.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals when required.
  • Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in administration, front office, or recruitment support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
