Role Overview
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate (1–3 years of experience) who is eager to grow with a fast-paced, people-first company. This role is for someone who enjoys the art and science of recruitment – from understanding client needs to finding the right culture-fit talent. You'll work closely with senior recruiters and leadership to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes while building your own expertise in global recruitment.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry to mid-level roles across industries.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and culture fit.
- Write compelling job descriptions and create outreach campaigns.
- Source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and clear communication at every stage.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure efficient hiring.
What We're Looking For
