Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter with strong exposure to technology and fintech hiring . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing top technical talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies for various tech and fintech roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database , and other innovative channels.
- Evaluate candidates’ technical skills through screening calls and coordinate with hiring managers for technical evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with tech and product teams to understand job requirements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company standards and timelines.
- Provide timely updates and manage expectations of internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (2–5 years) in Technical Recruitment , preferably in a FinTech environment .Strong understanding of technology roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers, Analysts, Product roles, etc.Hands-on experience with ATS tools , job portals, and sourcing platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment .Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Immediate Joiner —ready to join at short notice.Good to Have
