Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Associate / Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Associate will oversee quantitative and qualitative analyses, conduct industry and market research, support deal evaluations, and assist in portfolio management. Responsibilities also include preparing detailed financial models, creating presentation materials for potential clients or investors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role provides an opportunity to engage directly with emerging companies and contribute to strategic initiatives within the investment portfolio.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA Level 1, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in investment banking, boutique advisory, micro-VC, or related fields such as M&A tax, valuations, or transaction due diligence
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis
• High level understanding of deal documentation and transaction processes (SHA, SPA)
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial statements and assess risk
• Must be located in commutable distance to Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
