Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close trucking companies and fleet operators across Canada.
Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
Conduct discovery calls, present value propositions, and negotiate deals.
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to deal closure.
Collaborate with the internal team and Nomad representatives to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Track and report sales activities in the CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce).
Contribute to refining sales scripts, outreach strategies, and team processes.
Mentor junior sales associates when required.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in fuel cards, logistics, or trucking .
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the North American or Canadian business landscape.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Tech-savvy — able to use CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms efficiently.
Fluent in English (Punjabi or Hindi is a plus for trucking client communication).
