Job Location : Chennai, Kolkata

Experience : 7+ years

Key Responsibilities :

Need strong knowledge of ABAP with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience with a minimum of 1 Implementation experience

Must have a working experience in ODATA services with all CRUD operation implementation, CDS, AMDP

Must have development experience in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Reports), RFCs and other SAP development tools

Must have knowledge in ABAP RESTful programming model, UI5 development, Cloud Foundry

Should be able to manage the design, develop technical objects, and revise technical designs to meet ABAP project requirements.

Should be able to perform necessary fixes and enhancements and collaborate with functional owners, architects, and other personnel for development

Very Good communication skills to interact with the client and expertise in understanding technical requirements

Help functional team on the technical approach before GAP presentation

Perform feasibility analysis for new changes even before the FS is approved

FS Handshake with the functional team

Develop the objects or perform changes as requested in FS

Perform Unit testing

Perform Peer Code Review

Support testing defects in FUT, SIT and UAT, Post go-live

Optimize code performance

Must have :

Core ABAP, OO-ABAP, CDS, AMDPs, Newer ABAP syntaxes (7.5), ODATA

Good to have :

ABAP RESTful programming model, UI5 development, Cloud Foundry
