Jewelry Designer / Client support

We are looking for a candidate who has a background in Jewelry Design having a knack of fine jewelry / gemstones along with interacting with clients on their potential queries. This is a dual-role position combining design and interactive support, ideal for someone who understands jewelry and enjoys working with clients to bring their vision to life.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create original and elegant designs for fine jewelry and custom pieces.
• Assist in creating seasonal collections and bespoke client pieces.
• Promptly respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with professionalism and brand-aligned tone.
• Assist customers with product questions, custom designs, order status, shipping, and care instructions.
• Interact with customers to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Offer guidance on gemstones, metals, and customization options.
