About the Role : We are seeking a proactive and skilled Associate Manager – IT & Network Operations to oversee IT infrastructure, network administration, and end-user support. This role involves maintaining high availability and performance of IT systems while ensuring compliance, security, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls and network infrastructure.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity across systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and enterprise applications.
  • Deliver prompt and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for IT systems, configurations, and processes.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and departments to identify and address IT needs.
  • Work with vendors for procurement of hardware and software solutions.
  • Support compliance initiatives in coordination with relevant departments

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT operations or network administration.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls (preferably Palo Alto) and macOS environments.
  • Experience managing enterprise antivirus solutions.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite) and JumpCloud is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record in issue resolution.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
