Job description

Role Overview :

As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients (leads will be provided by the company), understanding their business needs, and explaining our IT services and products.

You’ll act as the first point of contact between the client and our tech team, helping convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Call and follow up with leads shared by the company .

Present and promote our services — mobile apps, websites, CRM, ERP, and software solutions — to prospective clients.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.

Maintain a database of leads, calls, and client interactions.

Coordinate with the technical and design teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Generate daily / weekly reports of client interactions and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualities :

Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi / English)

Confident on phone and video calls

Basic understanding of IT products / services (training will be provided)

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude

Ability to handle objections and build rapport with clients

Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets, CRM tools, Email)
