We are seeking a highly skilled Android Automotive Developer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge in-car infotainment systems. You will leverage your expertise in Android HAL and Framework internals to build robust and innovative features, with hands-on experience in Audio HAL and Android Connectivity. This role requires proficiency in C, C++, Java, and / or Kotlin, along with strong debugging skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and enhance features for Android Automotive OS , focusing on in-car infotainment systems.
- Work extensively with Android HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) development to enable seamless interaction between hardware components and the Android framework.
- Deep dive into Android Framework internals to customize and optimize the automotive experience.
- Implement and integrate Audio HAL components for advanced audio functionalities within the vehicle.
- Develop and optimize Android Connectivity features, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and other vehicle communication protocols.
- Write high-quality code in C, C++, and Java / Kotlin for various Android Automotive components.
- Utilize Android Debugging tools to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX / UI designers, hardware engineers, and QA teams, to deliver a cohesive product.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions.
