Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager with a background in pharmaceutical C&F operations. The role involves overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes, managing temperature-sensitive inventory, ensuring strict adherence to pharmaceutical compliance standards, and leading teams to deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of multi-location pharma warehouses and C&F units, including cold-chain zones
- Ensure SLA adherence and regulatory compliance (GMP / GDP / CDSCO) in warehousing, dispatches, and inventory control
- Supervise inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, and distribution across Northern India
- Coordinate with pharmaceutical clients, sales teams, QA, and billing to ensure seamless supply chain execution
- Implement and monitor ERP-based inventory systems with real-time batch tracking and expiry controls
- Oversee secondary dispatches to stockists, hospitals, and retail channels with high-volume planning
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for client audits and regulatory inspections
- Manage and train on-ground teams, vendors, and logistics providers to maintain JMS standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing warehousing and logistics in the pharmaceutical industry (C&F or CNF setup is mandatory)Proven understanding of GMP / GDP norms, batch traceability, and cold-chain complianceStrong command of inventory control, reconciliation, stock visibility, and MIS reportingWorking knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Marg, Tally, or similar) and WMS toolsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and team leadership abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Pharmaceutical Sciences (MBA preferred)What We Offer
