Job descriptionLead the manufacturing 'centre of excellence' to support different manufacturing plants located across India Define and standardize processes around planning, procurement, production, plant operations, QC, Compliances, HR & IR. Partner & support respective plant leaders in resolving operational bottlenecks, IR issues, and other specific plant- related deliverables. Build a strong review & governance mechanism for problem solving at plant levels. Work with the central leadership team to align plant-level strategies with overall business goals. Closely monitor all operational and financial KPIs. 15+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry - plant ops, process & supply chain. Should be open for travelling across plants Strong understanding of monitoring multiple plant operations, P&L, compliance, and IR processes Strong process and operational expertise B.tech
