Job Title : Sales Executive

Location : Gurugram, Udyog Vihar

Compensation : INR 3.6 LPA - INR 4.2 LPA Fixed + INR 3 LPA Variable

Position Overview :

As a Sales Executive at iQuanta, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our CAT vertical. You will be responsible for pitching iQuanta’s CAT courses to potential students and their families, understanding their needs, and closing sales. Candidates with prior experience in selling the CAT course or a strong understanding of these domains will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Pitch and sell iQuanta’s CAT course to prospective students and parents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Understand the needs of students and align course offerings to their goals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Handle queries related to course content, pricing, and enrollment processes.
  • Provide accurate information about the courses and guide students in the decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure smooth conversions.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector.
  • Prior experience in pitching or selling a CAT course is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and the sales process is a plus.
