We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization. The HR Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms)
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment software
- Provide feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events
- Prepare and send job offer letters to selected candidates
Skills and Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in recruitment or human resourcesProficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsStrong understanding of recruitment processes and techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneouslyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailKnowledge of labor laws and regulations in IndiaBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldSkills Required
