Role Overview
We are looking for a Remote Sales Closer to conduct consultative Zoom sessions with prospective clients who have shown interest in our hormonal nutrition program.
This is a non-medical, advisory sales role (no clinical consultations involved). All leads are warm and pre-qualified.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 5–6 scheduled Zoom consultations daily with interested, qualified prospects
Understand clients’ goals, challenges, and needs (without providing medical advice)
Present suitable program options and guide clients to make confident, informed decisions
Maintain complete CRM notes, follow-ups, and documentation within 24 hours
Follow approved scripts, pricing guidelines, and maintain compliance with privacy protocols
Collaborate with the Marketing and Client Success teams to enhance client experience
Requirements
Strong verbal communication in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus)
Prior experience in consultative or inside sales (preferably in health, wellness, coaching, or education sectors)
Confident on camera and comfortable conducting structured online consultations
Professional conduct, empathy, and respect for client confidentiality
Reliable home-office setup : quiet workspace, 25 Mbps+ internet, HD webcam, headset
Consistent, self-motivated, and open to coaching
Performance Indicators
5–6 consultations daily
Close rate : 20–30 %
Appointment show rate : ≥ 70 %
100 % CRM hygiene and compliance
Compensation & Growth
Fixed monthly salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
Additional performance incentives based on successful client conversions
Growth opportunities : eligibility for Senior Closer / Team Lead roles after probation and consistent KPI performance
