Position Summary :
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your key responsibilities will include understanding hiring needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing applicants, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Primary Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition :
- Implement Strategies : execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-quality candidates.
- Understand Hiring Needs : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their long-term talent needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Sourcing and Screening : Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Candidate Assessment : Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Process Management : good knowledge of entire process, from creating job postings and advertising vacancies to scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, and hiring managers / management.
- Tech Savvy : Good knowledge of ATS / ERP / MsExcel, ability to use Job portals; other business-oriented social media platform for professional networking, career development, and job searching. Able to use the latest technology to leverage desired results.
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
Skills & Qualifications :
Any Graduate / MBA into similar industry (preferred)Experience : Min 4-8 years of proven work experience in talent acquisition and from similar industry (preferred)(ref : iimjobs.com)
