Job description6+ years hands-on in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform. Proficiency in Power Apps (Model-driven, Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages. Deep understanding of D365 customization, plugin development, workflows, and scripting Experience with REST API integrations for external systems / ISVs. Exposure to DevOps tools (Azure DevOps) and solution deployment (managed / unmanaged). Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills. Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Dynamics 365). Experience with Azure services, CI / CD, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, Custom Pages, ADF. Agile delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and guide technical teams in delivering scalable CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Design and develop customizations, plugins, integrations, and workflows using D365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, architects, QA) to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, ensure coding best practices, and mentor a team of 5+ developers.
- Architect and implement scalable and integrated data models and system designs.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and act as a subject matter expert for solutioning.
- Support pre-sales and solution demos with your technical expertise.
