Excellent communication in English & Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage). 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. We’re Hiring : Telecaller (English & Telugu)
Location : Marol, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Compensation : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller proficient in English & Telugu to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer engagement, clear communication, and creating a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and attend inbound queries in English & Telugu.
- Explain crowdfunding services clearly and persuasively to customers.
- Support fundraising campaigns with information, guidance, and customer service.
- Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
