Senior Architect

Job descriptionBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 4 - 8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, M.S. Word suit, Adobe Suite. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. Excellent design, technical detailing. Problem identification and observation. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Detail-orientation skills. Lead the design process from planning, concept development through completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives and design quality. Prepare and review designs, presentation, architectural drawings, plans, and technical details. Collaborate and coordinate with internal architectural team and external consultants (MEP, Structural etc.) to align on design intent and project goals. Coordinate for timely completion of planned activities. Observe and address technical issues and provide design solutions during the project lifecycle. Preparing and reviewing detailed working drawings, plans, and technical details adhering to project standards and respective DCR. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress, oberseve / identify design related issues and ensure adherence to design specifications. Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of design documentation. Plan and manage the timely delivery of design documentation, drawings, and presentation materials. Preparing and ensuring project phase and its completion in coordination and collaberation with project architect and external consultants. Flag any scheduling discrepancies to the Team Leader and assist in resolving them. Mentor and guide Junior Architects, providing technical support and design direction. Support client presentations and participate in design discussions. Ensure client feedback is incorporated into design revisions.
