Job descriptionGood understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge (Vlookup, Pivot not compulsory) Experience in women’s clothing / fashion category preferred Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage warehouse helpers and packers Problem-solving approach with responsibility Minimum 6 months of e-commerce or warehouse handling experience Age : No restriction (just responsible and disciplined) Education : Any Gender : No preference Must be comfortable working in Udhna, Surat
Job Title : Warehouse Manager (E-commerce)
Location : Udhna, Surat
Working Hours : 9 AM to 7 PM
Salary Range : ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required : Minimum 6 months (E-commerce preferred)

Shiv Textiles is a women’s clothing brand selling across major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Meesho. We specialize in ethnic wear and are expanding our operations with a strong warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations for e-commerce orders
- Oversee inventory management, stock counting, inward / outward entries
- Ensure smooth daily order processing across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Meesho
- Handle returns, RTOs, replacement orders, and claims
- Coordinate with packing team and ensure timely dispatch
- Maintain stock accuracy in Excel and marketplaces
- Communicate with marketplaces for issue resolution
- Track order flow, delays, and stock shortages
- Maintain cleanliness and proper product handling in warehouse
- Report daily stock and order status to management
