Lead Mobile Engineer - Android Platform

Job description

Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end development of our native Android applications.
Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and testable codebases using Clean Architecture (MVP / MVVM / MVI).
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality, performance-oriented mobile experiences.
Drive adoption of best coding practices, CI / CD integration, and performance optimization.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a high-performing mobile team.
Stay updated with the latest Android trends, frameworks, and tools to keep our tech stack cutting-edge.

Requirements :

6 to 8 years of experience in native Android development, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior engineer capacity.

Proven experience in building and scaling apps from early stages (preferably in a startup environment).

Strong understanding of performance optimization, security, and memory management in mobile apps.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
