Job descriptionManage end-to-end Indian payroll processing for up to 500 employees. Ensure accurate and timely salary processing, statutory compliance, and deductions. Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and other statutory filings. Maintain payroll records, employee data, and MIS reports. Coordinate with finance and external consultants for audits and compliance. Resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees. Ensure adherence to labor laws and company payroll policies. Support month-end and year-end payroll activities.

Salary : ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month
Qualification : MBA in HR
Experience : Minimum 3 Years (Indian Payroll Experience Required)
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Indian payroll processing
- Managing payroll for 300+ employees
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)
- Payroll software and Excel proficiency
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
