Digital Marketing & CRM Associate
Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad
Department : Business Development / Marketing
Reports To : Sales & Marketing Lead
About the Role :
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our digital outreach and CRM operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement within the life sciences and healthcare technology space.
Key Responsibilities :
Digital Outreach & Campaigns
Assist in crafting and scheduling LinkedIn posts and email campaigns targeting pharma, biotech, and healthcare stakeholders
Support cold outreach efforts via LinkedIn and email, including message drafting and follow-ups
Conduct basic research on target companies and decision-makers to personalize outreach
Design & create outreach materials in tools like Canva, Powerpoint, Paint, etc.,
CRM & Lead Management
Update and maintain CRM records for leads, contacts, and deals
Track outreach status, meeting notes, and deal progress in the CRM system
Help generate weekly reports on lead funnel, campaign performance, and engagement metrics
Qualifications :
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Graphic design (e.g., Canva, Paint), email tools (e.g., Outlook), and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
Comfortable with cold outreach and professional communication
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
