Job descriptionStrong verbal communication in English,Hindi,Telugu Good listening skills and ability to convince learners. Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, etc.). Positive attitude and ability to handle objections. Target-driven and eager to learn. Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Prior experience in Telecalling, Sales, or EdTech support is an advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to learners to explain Unacademy courses, subscription plans, and platform benefits.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve queries related to classes, educators, or payments.
- Assist learners in selecting the correct course and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Update and maintain accurate learner information in the CRM.
- Follow communication scripts and maintain professional behavior at all times.
- Achieve daily / weekly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or support issues.
