We are looking for an experienced Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations and provide excellent service to our clients, partners, and visitors. The right candidate will have strong leadership qualities, great attention to detail, and a passion for creating a positive customer experience, especially in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle daily front office operations such as reception, calls, inquiries, and appointments.
- Coordinate smoothly with different departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and other administrative work.
- Manage office supplies and maintain proper stock levels.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar role (healthcare experience preferred).Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.Problem-solving ability with a customer-focused mindset.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.Why Work With Us?
