Production Planning Control

Group Company ACG Universal Capsules Pvt. Ltd. Primary Responsibilities

• Strategic and planning Functional Core
• To provide daily plant production schedule to all relevant functions (Solution room,Production,Printing Packing) to enable each department to plan for their respective processes to avoid downtime& order delay
• SAP on daily basis for Capacity scheduling and sequencing
• To maintain inventory of Semi-finished / Customer Return stock & finish Goods stock with timely allocation to avoid scrapping of stock & ultimately resulting in losses
• To ensure proper processing time is given to every order so that orders are not delayed on account of planning;
• Coordinate with all departments through Weekly Planning meeting within plant for effective order execution
• To ensure continuous communication & interaction with central planning team for changes in plan due to production constraints or HCM delay
• To provide Material plan ( Roller / Ink / packing material ) to ensure that all requirements are available for the line before dipping planned date
• To ensure coordination with Sales / CSR team for order dipping status & stock allocation
• To communicate Special Instruction of Customers to all department to avoid customer complaints & Strategic and planning Functional Core
