We are looking for an Associate Director, Growth Marketing who will design the GTM engine, run multi-channel demand generation (ABM + inbound + performance), standardize lifecycle journeys with Sales / BDR, and build the analytics stack that ties every rupee to revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
orchestrate LinkedIn, email, webinars, events, retargeting.
launch / high-convert landing pages and calculators (e.G., BIR sample, LEI renewal, Debt Recovery Services).
deliver sales enablement (decks, case studies, battlecards).
manage attribution, forecasting, and weekly growth reviews.
measure ROI.
manage creative / PR / SEO agencies and martech vendors.
Qualifications :
strong SEO / content and paid acquisition execution at scale.
comfort reading SQL / JSON (Python a plus).
crisp storytelling, exec-ready reporting, and stakeholder management.
experience with PLG / self-serve motions and BFSI events.
