Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Quality Engineer will be to ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality standards through the implementation of effective quality control processes and the continuous improvement of our quality management systems. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement quality assurance procedures, and drive the overall quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure that products and services meet company and industry standards.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and take proactive measures to address quality concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures to improve quality and reliability.
Facilitate and lead quality improvement initiatives and projects to enhance the overall quality of products and services.
Participate in the development and maintenance of quality management systems and documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.
Communicate and provide updates to management and stakeholders on quality-related issues, initiatives, and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

Proven experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality control tools and techniques, and quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and root causes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.

Proven project management skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
