Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, maintain, and pursue a constant pipeline of potential NGO partners
  • Gain access to decision-makers through structured prospecting efforts
  • Deliver persuasive presentations showcasing value-based offerings
  • Maintain updated client database and campaigns in the CRM application
  • Assist in developing and enhancing presentation materials
  • Develop deep understanding of clients' business models and challenges
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term business retention
  • Conduct persuasive in-person or online business meetings and workshops

What You Bring to the Table :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1+ years of B2B sales / account management experience (experience with schools is a plus; freshers can apply)
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and process improvement mindset
  • Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and data analysis
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce
