Responsibilities :
- Identify, maintain, and pursue a constant pipeline of potential NGO partners
- Gain access to decision-makers through structured prospecting efforts
- Deliver persuasive presentations showcasing value-based offerings
- Maintain updated client database and campaigns in the CRM application
- Assist in developing and enhancing presentation materials
- Develop deep understanding of clients' business models and challenges
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term business retention
- Conduct persuasive in-person or online business meetings and workshops
What You Bring to the Table :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1+ years of B2B sales / account management experience (experience with schools is a plus; freshers can apply)Strong time management and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrategic thinking and process improvement mindsetTeam player with adaptability in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and data analysisExperience using CRM tools such as Zoho or SalesforceSkills Required
