The Opportunity

We are hiring Full-Time Trainers / Mentors in Web Development who are passionate about teaching and shaping the next generation of developers. This role is ideal for experienced trainers as well as working professionals who love mentoring and simplifying technical concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging live and interactive sessions in Web Development and related technologies.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and guide learners throughout their training journey.
• Design, update, and maintain lesson plans, real-world projects, and assessments.
• Evaluate learner performance and share constructive feedback for improvement.
• Handle doubt-resolution through chat, calls, and live sessions.
• Motivate learners to build strong project portfolios and become industry-ready developers.
