Project Management Officer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to be part of a network migration project across a distributed, global IT environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT with hands-on involvement or oversight in network migration initiatives. This role is fully remote and requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, virtual team setup.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the network migration project
• ensure smooth cutovers with minimal disruption.
• Follow and manage detailed migration plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across all teams and stakeholders, adapting to different cultural and technical backgrounds.
• Prepare and present progress reports and post-migration summaries in professional, fluent English.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Experience in the IT field, with a strong preference for network migration project experience .
