Key Responsibilities
- UX Strategy & Research
 - Conduct user research and usability testing for D2C brands
 - Develop user personas and customer journey maps
 - Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
 - Create UX strategies that align with business objectives and conversion goals
 - Design Leadership
 - Design high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
 - Create comprehensive design systems and component libraries
 - Lead design reviews and provide guidance to junior designers
 - Establish UX best practices and design standards for the agency
 - Conversion Optimization
 - Design A / B testing frameworks for continuous optimization
 - Optimize checkout flows, product pages, and landing pages
 - Improve mobile user experience and responsive design
 - Focus on reducing bounce rates and increasing conversion rates
 - Platform Expertise
 - Design custom Shopify themes and app integrations
 - Create marketplace storefront designs (Amazon, Flipkart)
