We are looking for a high-energy Retail Sales Manager who can meet retail brand heads, architects, QSR owners, and mall teams to sell retail store fabrication, façade signboards, Pixel LED installations, and complete design-build solutions .

You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — for high-growth retail clients expanding across NCR.

Key Responsibilities 1. New Business Development

• Generate leads from malls, high streets, architects, and retail brands
• Identify decision-makers (Expansion Heads, VM Heads, Founders)
• Daily outreach : calls, LinkedIn, store visits, on-ground mapping
• Pitch retail interior works, signage, LED walls, façade projects
