Position Overview :

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Aviation Faculty with a strong professional background in aviation ground operations. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience as aviation ground staff and hold a Master’s degree in an aviation-related field. The candidate must be passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and preparing them for careers in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Teach subjects related to aviation operations, ground handling, customer service, cargo, safety procedures, and airport management.
• Share real-time industry knowledge and practical insights from ground staff experience.
• Conduct classroom training, practical sessions, workshops, and simulations.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and evaluation reports.
• Mentor and guide students for interviews, internships, and placement opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality teaching standards and maintain academic documentation.
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training modules.
• Participate in departmental meetings, events, seminars, and student activities.
