Customer Service Executive / Process Associate

Vikroli, Mumbai

Good Facilitation Skills, Strong Verbal and written communication.

Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.

Possess excellent interpersonal skills, working on weekends if required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Prior experience in blended BPO processes preferred

Be Focused on achieving SLA defined by the project

Need work in coordination with Sales Team, Account Department and the Lodges

Updating trackers on daily basis

Previous voice / email experience preferred

Visualizing, planning and achieving improvement in team productivity

Coach and help team members whenever required

Maintain healthy group dynamics

Should be flexible to work as per Process / Team Requirements

Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary

Should be Familiarize with customer needs, specifications and support performance accordingnly

General shift (2 rotational week offs- Split or consecutive, Sunday fixed off)

Maintain and update internal reports

Handle both voice and non-voice customer interactions efficiently

Utilize Outlook for professional correspondence and scheduling tasks

Work on Excel for reporting, data tracking, and performance metrics

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth process delivery

Ensure timely resolution of customer queries while maintaining quality standards
