About the Role
This is a broad generalist role that cuts across strategy, operations, sales, hiring, and marketing .
You’ll work directly with the founders, jumping between projects that need immediate attention — from managing workflows and improving systems to helping launch new initiatives or teams.
Think of it as a mix of Chief of Staff , Business Analyst , and Project Manager — but more hands-on.
What You’ll Do
Support the founders across sales, marketing, hiring, and strategy projects
Manage internal tools like CRMs, dashboards, Notion, and Google Sheets
Improve internal operations and create clear SOPs for repeatable processes
Coordinate hiring for key roles across portfolio companies
Research new business opportunities and build pitch decks or reports
Track KPIs, automate reporting, and keep projects moving across teams
Solve whatever business problem comes up that day — no two weeks are alike
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or startups
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, CRMs, or workflow automation tools
Most importantly : you like figuring things out, not just following a process
