Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for a highly experienced

Finance Head / CFO-level professional

with

20+ years of experience

in financial management, preferably from a

manufacturing background . We are

not considering profiles with current designations such as Senior Engineer

— the candidate should be

heading the finance function ,

leading a team , and

directly reporting to the Managing Director .

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in :

Financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis

specific to manufacturing operations.

Cash flow management , including preparation and analysis of cash flow statements, managing working capital, and ensuring timely invoice collections to maintain healthy liquidity.

Banking and financial negotiations , including handling bank credit facilities, arranging working capital, and optimizing credit limits.

SAP proficiency , balance sheet preparation, monthly and annual financial reporting, and variance analysis.

Strategic thinking

and risk management — identifying potential financial risks and implementing proactive corrective measures.

Cost optimization and internal control improvements

to ensure financial stability and support long-term organizational goals.

The candidate should be a

with excellent communication skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and top management to drive financial strategy and business growth.
