Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to achieving an overall growth of 40% over the previous year.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve institutional sales objectives.
- Conduct up to 15 customer visits per day within the assigned territory.
- Identify, appoint, and manage new dealers and distributors.
- Handle sales promotion activities and ensure effective product visibility.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to enhance repeat business.
- Be ready for up to 15 days of outstation travel per month for business development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback to management.
