Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to achieving an overall growth of 40% over the previous year.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve institutional sales objectives.
  • Conduct up to 15 customer visits per day within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage new dealers and distributors.
  • Handle sales promotion activities and ensure effective product visibility.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to enhance repeat business.
  • Be ready for up to 15 days of outstation travel per month for business development.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback to management.
