Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Architect with expertise in healthcare architecture, including hospital design, medical planning, and large-scale medical clinics. The role involves coordinating with MEP, Structural, and medical consultants, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and leading a small team (5-6 people). Candidates must have completed at least one full project cycle and possess strong project management skills.

Experience : 5+ Years

Responsibilities

Healthcare planners & medical consultants coordination, Clinical & non-clinical space requirements

Project documentation & regulatory approvals

Hospital & medical clinic interior design

Site visits & progress monitoring

Medical planning standards and guidelines adherence (e.g., NABH, JCI, or other local / international standards)

Team management & mentoring

Integration with existing healthcare infrastructure

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

Proven experience in medical planning, hospital interiors, and large-scale healthcare facilities.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.

Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
