in our VC portfolio, headquartered in Bangalore. This team is building category-defining solutions for global enterprises, backed by leading investors and scaling rapidly across technology and product domains.

Role Overview :

As the Lead Technical Recruiter, you will drive technical hiring from the ground up, working directly with founders and senior leadership. Your role will be instrumental in building a best-in-class engineering, product, and design team, while helping shape a talent-first culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Own the full-cycle recruitment for all technical roles, engineering, product, and design

Work as a strategic partner to founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and go-to-market hiring strategy

Lead proactive sourcing by tapping into your network, referrals, events, and digital channels

Screen and evaluate candidates for both deep technical capability and culture fit

Manage the entire interview process, from first touch to offer closure

Drive talent pipeline development, reporting, and hiring analytics for leadership reviews

Mentor junior members in recruiting and support process and tool implementation

Champion employer branding—including content, events, and visibility in external forums

4–8 years' experience in technical recruiting; proven track record with fast-growing SaaS or product tech companies

Strong network within India’s technology talent ecosystem; comfortable engaging passive talent

Experience hiring mid-to-senior technical professionals in high-growth / startup contexts

Strategic approach to sourcing, mapping, and building talent pipelines using modern tools

Data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Expertise with ATS, recruiting analytics, and reporting is advantageous

High ownership, adaptability, and collaborative spirit
