ServiceNow Techno-Functional Architect - CSM / FSM Implementation

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Techno-Functional Architect with deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules.

This role is a blend of strategic architecture design and hands-on technical leadership, ensuring that ServiceNow implementations meet business goals while following best practices.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design scalable solutions, and provide guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end architecture design for ServiceNow CSM and FSM implementations.
• Define integration architecture and platform customization standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Provide technical oversight during configuration, development, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure delivery quality.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform performance.
• Support platform upgrade planning and adoption of new ServiceNow Skills & Experience :
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with proven architectural design expertise.
• Strong hands-on expertise in CSM and FSM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Solid experience with REST / SOAP API integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and CMDB relationships.
• Proven track record in solution design, stakeholder management, and team Qualifications :
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM / FSM) - Preferred.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
