Location : Andheri East, Mumbai

Work Details :

Working Days : Monday to Friday, 2nd & 4th Saturdays

Week offs : Sundays, 1st and 3rd Saturdays.

Working Hours : 10 am - 6 : 30 pm

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2 years of professional experience to join our team at Aerodynamiks Avigation Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful and visually appealing designs that reflect the academy’s brand identity and communicate effectively with students, partners, and stakeholders.

You will play a key role in designing marketing materials, digital campaigns, and promotional content that showcase our aviation training programs and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and produce creative materials for both digital and print platforms, including flyers, brochures, banners, posters, and advertisements.

Create engaging social media graphics, infographics, and visual content for campaigns promoting aviation courses and events.

Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with the academy’s goals.

Design materials for student recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and aviation events.

Update and maintain the academy’s visual identity across all communication channels.

Prepare final design files for printing and coordinate with vendors or printers.

Stay up to date with design trends and technologies relevant to aviation education and branding.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

2 years of experience as a graphic designer (experience in the education or aviation sector is an advantage).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);

After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

Experience designing for social media, websites, and print materials.

Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other digital design tools.

Basic video editing or motion graphics for promotional content.

Experience in branding and visual storytelling.

Interest or knowledge in the aviation industry is a plus.
