About the Role

As we scale our hiring engine, we're looking to bring in seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists with a strong focus on technology hiring . This is not just another recruiter role - we are looking for individuals who go beyond basic sourcing and can bring strategic thinking, second-level screening capability , and a data-driven mindset to the table.

You will act as a quality gatekeeper for profiles, a recruitment partner for the business , and a POC between hiring teams and the delivery function to ensure alignment, speed, and hiring success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Tech Hiring : Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level tech roles across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure.
  • Second-Level Profile Evaluation : Screen and validate profiles submitted by junior recruiters, ensuring only the best-fit candidates are moved forward.
  • Bulk Hiring & Drive-Based Execution : Manage and support high-volume hiring initiatives including weekend drives, walk-ins, and other hiring events.
  • Work Closely with Business Teams : Act as a key point of contact (POC) for hiring managers to understand role requirements, interview feedback, and timelines.
  • Mentor & Upskill : Guide and coach junior members of the TA team to elevate sourcing quality, candidate engagement, and process adherence.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze recruitment metrics (source mix, TAT, quality of hire, conversion rates, etc.) and use insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Talent Pipeline Building : Proactively build and nurture candidate pools for high-priority roles.
  • Who You Are

  • 8+ years of proven experience in domestic talent acquisition, with a strong focus on tech hiring .
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and how they impact delivery performance.
  • Sharp analytical mindset - able to look beyond numbers and derive actionable insights.
  • Effective communicator who can manage expectations across teams and ensure smooth coordination with business counterparts.
  • Familiarity with leading ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in bulk hiring and managing weekend or drive-based recruitment events .
