Finance Head - Upto 35 LPA - CA - IRDAI filing must

We have been mandated to hire the Head of Finance for a leading Insurance platform in Bengaluru which is backed by marquee investors. The Platform enables companies to manage health insurance, wellness, and preventive care for their employees in a seamless way.

As the Finance Lead, you'll lead core business and financial functions across :

• Business Finance : Drive collections, revenue assurance, gross margin tracking, and team-wise sales efficiency.
• FP&A & Controls : Own budgeting, cost forecasting, reporting, audit, MIS, and cross-entity finance operations.
• Compliance : Ensure timely and accurate adherence to IRDAI, RBI, Company Law, and Labour Law requirements.
• Investor & Board Relations : Present MIS, support fundraising, and handle due diligence processes.
• Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing Finance & Compliance team.

You will work closely with the Founders, CTO, and Leadership —influencing decisions that shape company&aposs growth trajectory.

Location : Bangalore (Koramangala) ( This is work from office.)

IRDAI filing exposure is must.

CA completed is must.
