About Venture Crafters
Venture Crafters is a new-age acceleration studio connecting founders and investors across the GCC and India.
We help early-stage startups go from idea to investment through structured programs, hands-on execution, and curated investor connects.
Role Overview
We’re hiring Management Trainees to join our core execution team.
You’ll work across verticals — Investor Onboarding, Startup Execution, and Investor Management — directly supporting founders, investors, and our internal ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage investors on our investment platform
- Work directly with portfolio startups to support execution and fundraising
- Manage investor communication, reporting, and engagement
- Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and performance reports (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency required)
- Conduct basic research on markets, investors, and startups
- Collaborate with the internal Venture Crafters team to ensure smooth startup operations
- Contribute ideas to improve founder–investor experience and platform efficiency
