We are seeking a skilled Canadian Tax & Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Corporate Restructuring , Amalgamations , Succession Planning , and GST Services .
- Provide expert advisory services in Canadian Corporate Restructuring with a focus on Amalgamations and Succession Planning .
- Assist clients in optimizing their tax strategies, ensuring compliance with Cdn Tax Laws .
- Manage GST Services , including guidance on registration, filing, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive tax and accounting solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will require :
Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a client-facing tax / accounting role (preferably with a focus on Canadian tax matters).Strong knowledge and experience in Canadian Corporate Restructuring , Amalgamations , and Succession Planning .Expertise in GST Services , including all aspects of compliance and advisory.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Why Work With Us
