SCCM Enterprise System Manager

About the role :

Our team is seeking an experienced SCCM Engineer to join our organization. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a crucial part in managing enterprise-wide system deployment, updates, compliance, and mobile device management solutions while ensuring system security and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and support SCCM / MECM infrastructure including deployment, patching, software distribution, OS imaging, and reporting.
• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations for mobile device and application management (MDM / MAM).
• Integrate and operate Third-Party Patch Management tools with SCCM / Intune to ensure systems are up to date and secure.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for task automation, software installations, system reporting, and health checks.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance, compliance, and deployment status.
• Troubleshoot deployment and patching issues across various endpoints.
• Collaborate with Security and IT teams to ensure patch compliance and system hardening.
• Participate in change control, documentation, and knowledge sharing processes.
• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for SCCM and Intune-related incidents and service requests.
