We’re Hiring – Network & IT Support Engineer

📍 Locations : Chennai | Kolkata | Mumbai | Pune | Cochin

Are you passionate about hands-on network deployment and on-site implementation? Join our dynamic service delivery team and work with leading enterprise technologies across Cisco, Fortinet, and Aruba environments.

What you’ll do :

🔹 Perform rack & stack installations of switches, routers, servers, and access points

🔹 Execute IOS / firmware upgrades and post-installation health checks

🔹 Collaborate with remote teams for configuration, testing, and validation

🔹 Maintain accurate installation documentation and ensure SLA compliance

🔹 Act as the onsite technical representative ensuring client satisfaction

What we’re looking for :

✅ 3–5 years of experience in network implementation or IT service delivery

✅ Strong hands-on skills with Cisco, Fortinet, or Aruba devices

✅ Good understanding of L2 / L3 networking concepts (VLANs, routing, trunking)

✅ Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
