About the Role :

As a  Digital Content Developer and Curator  , you will design and deliver  outcome-focused eLearning and certifications  that empower our partners to position, sell, and implement Boomi solutions. This role blends  creative content development, LMS / Partner Portal management, and data-driven insights  to ensure our learning content makes a real impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop engaging  eLearning solutions and certifications  for partner enablement.

Create, curate, and manage digital content using  authoring tools, LMS, and partner portals  .

Collaborate cross-functionally to align learning content with business needs.

Analyze content performance and generate actionable insights and reports.

Continuously improve learning assets based on feedback and data.

What We re Looking For :

3-5 years of experience  in instructional design, eLearning, or content development for global audiences.

Proficiency with  eLearning tools  (Articulate, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) and  LMS platforms  .

Strong  instructional design, multimedia, and content curation skills  .

Analytical mindset  to measure content impact (Excel, Power BI).

Excellent  communication and collaboration  abilities in global teams.

Bachelors degree in  Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related fields  .
