Taimi is now looking for a new agent from India to join our support team. 🌈

The position is 100% remote, and accepted applicants are expected to start immediately.

C2 English level (especially in writing);
Experience in communication and writing;
Familiarity with the LGBTQIA+ community and related topics;
Leadership skills;
Experience in providing feedback and quality-reviewing;
Full-time availability.

🚀 Responsibilities 🚀

Communicate with customers through our in-app chat tool and support email (no telephone calls);

Attend mandatory team meetings, trainings, and 1on1s with your supervisor;

Study communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as they get updated;

Complete written assignments and biweekly tests;

Reflect on feedback received and generate feedback in return;

Participate constructively in discussions about the product and associated protocol.
